I created 2 different mappers for the NS7 as some nights i use the crossfader for audio and other nights I use it for a video crossfader. I copied the original mapper and changed the name and function to "video NS7 mapper" but in the dropdown menu it still only shows as NS7 mapper. How can I change it to see them both differently in the dropdown menu?

You can only have one mapper seen by VDJ against one device. Best bet is to overwrite the file; hell you could write a simple batch script that asks you when you run it, copes the relevant file, then opens VDJ. Easy peasy and no programming skills needed :)
