Not sure if this is the proper place to put this question but her eit is.
Im using a Dell XPS Laptop now, seems to be ok for video, timecode, etc.
Im looking to upgrade my machine for various reasons.
Should I consider a MAC instead, I promarily use my Dell for music, video, etc.
Im also a wedding DJ, etc, would the Mac be more "stable"
Thanks!!!

As far as VDJ is concerned, the PC version is most stable. In my experience with both XP and Windoze 7 I have never had a crash in nearly 2 years.
The Mac version seems to have more issues unfortunately!

I think it also depends on what you want to do. The PC version has more plug-ins and and effects.
Of course you could always by the Mac, boot camp it and run both Windows and whatever furry creature version of the MacOS is currently out.
As a Pro user you get access to both Mac & PC versions so you can try them both out and see which one works best.
Cheers,
Roy
