I was wondering is there a rack mountable DUAL MP3/CD+G/DVD player out there....

The numark dmc2 along with virtual dj will do all that for you.
 
Check out this one. I had the club I work in twice a week buy this one. It is a military club that all different types of events and this was perfect. Great quality with lots of good features. We have in a perminent install but it will work for moble also in the correct rack. It has a $2600 price, but for 3 different avenues it isn't bad (music, vid, karaoke).

The numark dmc2 will work if all you want is a controller and run everything from hard drive.

I have the MEP-7000

It will play data DVD's, but not Video DVD.

CDG, MP3, usb, HID Control, great virtual DJ controller
