OK guys, I downloaded the full version and It's working perfectly, but I can't access the music that I searched in the browser tab. It says something like for members only. But I can't find my serial number, can someone help me please?

If you are trying to access NETSEARCH with the trial version that feature is for licensed users ONLY.
If you purchased VDJ and lost your serial number you will need to contact support.

ok a bit confusing here on what you are stating, for license issues follow renees' advice.
To access browser search first you must go to the right of the search bar and the first bullseye will give you the fields to search in, just tick them which ones you want.
To show your search in browser go to the far right bullseye and select which type you want to display.

Paul, I'm thinking he's talking about Netsearch from the "for members only" message he mentioned. I don't use this feature so I'm not sure what it says if you try and use it without the log-in credentials?

notice guys, he says he downloaded the "FULL" version, as opposed to the "TRIAL" version. in my opinion its cracked and thats why he cant find his serial number.
