Hi all,
Can anybody explain to me how to connect the Hercules DJ console to an amplifier, using the "digital Out" on the back of the DJ console. I also tried connecting the console to the amplifier using an optical cable, but no success! When I connected the console using the digital out, i used an RCA splitter, that I then pluged into the output on the console then into the input of my amp - and ofcourse no sound! Do i need a special cable or something!?!? any suggetsions

Do you have a Digital mixer and/or amplifier?
Did you try using the Analog1-2 outputs from the DJConsole?

Digital outputs are for surround if you use DjConsole as multichannel USB sound card for watching videos in 5.1 sound system ("standard" audio mode in DJ Console Mixer in system tray). If you have there set to "Advanced", you have enabled only analog stereo outputs. This option is for VDJ and other mix software.
