Tópico: Virtual DJ Audio Issue (Mac)

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

I purchased the Virtual DJ Pro 6.05 (download) recently because It said the Vestax VCI-300 was now fully supported. Here is my setup: Mac Book Pro running Snow Leapord and Vestax VCI-300 Controller. I cannot "cue" in headphones using VDJ nor is the mic thru working. Again, Controller Sound works with other DJ programs but I love my VDJ. Headphones work fine with Serato Scratch and Itch DJ programs. I am able to Monitor and Cue out of headphone jack in these programs. I have adjusted the settings in my computer (following a forum on this site). My software settings for VDJ are Main out (Rear), Headphone out (Front), 4-Out Sound Card, VCI-300. Funny thing is, if I select Main out (Front), I am able to hear (main) sound out of headphones, however no sound comes out of Main outputs. Thank You Help Please.

Anyone? Help? I have even wrote VDJ and it has been over a week and support has not contacted me back!!

Hey groove DJ I know this is off topic, but I was wondering what device are u using as a sound card? cuz i heard the vci is a controller and not a sound card.

I am using the Vestax VCI-300, it is a sound card and controller. The VCI-100 is just a controller.

why arent you using the mixer to cue with your headphones? it is much easier then trying to do it with vdj's internal one

on the card option change the main and headphones from front to rear...should be an option for doing it in both directions main fron, or main rear-headphone front or headphone rear

also if the microphone isnt working open itch and leave it open in the background while you use virtualdj had this problem on my ns7

unfortunately the same trick that works on the ns7 doesn't work on the vci-300 the one I have here I've not been able to get the sound card to work properly at all I use mine with the deejay trim and just the 300 as a controller. If I find a way to make it work I'll post here about it.

Just wondering if you got the cueing in the
headphones to work and, if so, how did you do it?

I have a MacBook Pro, VDJ 7 and a VCI-300 and
cannot cue in the headphones.

Thanks!!!

I have a IDJ3 and IMac and am having the same problems. I have headphones hooked up but cannot cue from them. I have tried to config the output option and soundcard. Any suggestions?

ok i have the same issues i cant cue as well i either hear it from my headphones or computer why cant i get both ????
ANYONE got same issues wat to do ?????
