Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

I install a brand new XP Pro SP3 (Original) on a 2009 Toshiba AMD Dual Core and ATi Radeon, 3gb ram, 250g hd and 256 VideoCard. Everything is perfect with the Windows; drivers, setting, Directx, boot, ect ect(I have never see a faster XP Pro in my life) AND for the first time to me, after all of that, I install My VV 6.0.7, and is always in 50% CPU! I have been using this software in other PC and Laptop this never happend to me before. I can't play like this, and need my CPU in 5-7% like before.

SomeOne?????

I have some recommendations.

1. Do a registry clean up.here's one thats very good. http://www.winaso.com/
2. Do A windows defreg on the hard drive.
3. Do A windows clean up of the hard drive.
4. Go to Start "Run", then type in "Temp" click ok, then delete all the temp files in that dir.you can, some you will be unable to delete.
5. If you use the computer every day you may want to remove some old restore points that will speed up things for you,
Go to start, my computer, right click over drive c:\ and choose properties, click disk clean Up, at dialog box choose "More Options" tab, go to System Restore at the bottom click "Clean Up", click yes to remove old restore points.
6. Turn off background services this tool will do it for you and it's free http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html?Str=download
7. This Is Very Important "Latency" get this tool and "Use It". http://www.thesycon.de/eng/home.shtml
8. Right click anywhere on the screen and choose properties, click "Settings" tab click square "1" lower "Screen resolution" to 1152 by 864 pixels, then click "Apply" then ok.
9. Things you should turn off in Device Manager, click on device right click and choose disable.

1. Fingerprint Coprocessor
2. Bluetooth
3. USB Video Device
4. Modem
5. Any Bluetooth Audio
6. Internal Sound card your not using
7. Broadcom Netlink
8. Wireless Wifi Link
9. Under Batteries/ ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
10. All above to Lower Latency levels down as mush as possible.

When you complete your show, turn them back "ON" again.

I believe the steps outlined above will give you better results.

Let me know how it worked out.

Good Luck

If you use an skin with an other resolution that your screen has, than VDJ tries to resize it. This needs cpu power.

Look in the skins download section there are many skins. Ill think there will be one with 1280x800.

If not, post it and i will make one for you.

Hi DJVORA.

Sorry to hear your still having issues, try these sites.

Did you clean out your registry, here is a free program "Care" http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html

Also delete some old restore points to improve performance, go to Disk Cleanup under disk properties and click on "More Options" Tab, at the bottom of the menu window you'll see System Restore click on the "Cleanup" button then click yes in the next window and that's it.

I'm surprised GameBooster didn't help

This sounds to me like you need to tweak your system for perforance here are some links to help you.

hey i have a question...am kinda new to d shortcut creation thing and i have this version....listen right ..i want to make a backspin shortcut that can use the same shortcut key to start and stop the back skin...can some one help me please ..how do i do this

Thanks for all the hard work and the new update. I took it for a spin for a about 2 weeks. I could never get the timecode to an acceptable and stable level though. I reverted back to 6.05 and everything is back to normal and running smoothly. Im running Win7 x64 and think this might be the problem. Keep up the good work guys!

Thanks for everything. The problem is solved, it was the Display Driver. Toshiba don't have a Display Driver for XP for my model (Satellite L305D-S5934) and in the ATI Web only give me a software with the generic driver. I just put back the Factory OS (Vista) and everything is back to normal...

Good to hear DJVORA

Good Luck

Please open your own new topic rather than hijacking an old thread that is not related to your question.

The MixDeck is fully supported in the latest v6.1 trial http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html

It will not work in older versions.
