Has anyone else had problems with their RMX and static electricity? It’s rather dry here in the Phoenix and static electricity can be a problem. Yesterday at a school dance just as I was starting, I touched the controller, was greeted with a loud pop and the RMX locked up. I had to shut down VDJ and unplug the RMX, re-open VDJ and re-connect the RMX. Everything worked fine after that, but it could be rather embarrassing and unprofessional if it were to happen in the middle of a gig.

Hello, PTR250 I also dwell in Phoenix, and my RMX hasn't had any problems like that.

Get yourself an Ant-Static Wristband, I've been using one since the first time I shocked my controller, havn't had any shocks occur since.
