Use app zapper to remove vdj then reinstall that should take care of it.

app zapper is not working on my computer, ive also trieddeleting all virtual dj files and apps and then re-installing it and it doesnt work. anything that con be done please tell, i have a gig tomorrow night and i cant bail on it.im using the hurcules rmx by the way

well another program you can use is
called appcleaner
if that one fails you need to go to your
/Users/username/Library/Preferences
look for all the com.atomixproductions.virtualdj.plist
files and delete them all, then make a new install of the latest vdj from your download center.

If you are in Mac OS 10.5.7 or higher, you should use Hercules drivers 1.77.

You should not report a technical problem without detailing your technical configuration, as one cannot guess it.
Example of technical details: MacBook 5.1 - Mac OS 10.5.5 - Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz - 2 GB RAM - VirtualDJ 5.2.2. DJC - DJ Console Rmx with driver 1.77 - DJ Console Rmx plugged and powered by Macbook first USB port on left, the port which is close from the mini display port.

i use appcleaner, delete all components of vdj , reinstall the vdj and again: drive error
but since january i use normally both equipments. before I used only the traktor, no dj controller, Saturday again so I used the traktor and it worked normal, now i try to use vdj + hercules rmx has this problem.

you really need to be running osx 10.5.8 on that machine click the apple logo in the upper left then do all the updates.
