I have both songs and videos that will not load the waveform all the way. When this happens the gain on the song turns all the way down to -19. I play songs from the same album that were ripped from the same disc and they load completely. What could cause this?

that depends on the length of your largest file you use.

Thank you. I set it to 15 mins seems to work fine now. the song is not 15 mins long tho.

This also happens to me on a short song every once in awhile. After the song plays, it will say 4 minutes and you can replay. Load it in again, and the problem starts again. Anyone else see this before?

This is probably because you have loaded a variable bit rate (VBR) file that has not yet been analysed by VirtualDJ. Please see our FAQ pages: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MaxLoad.html
