You need 2 timecode vinyls and a suitable 4 in 4 out sound card so that the timecode signal can be routed through the software.
Look here for some ideas: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/hardware.html#soundcards

You will also need to upgrade to VirtualDJ Professional to be able to use timecodes: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Timecode can be tried for 10-15 minutes per session in the trial http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html )
The sound card in your MK2 can be used as the sound card for timecode, or you can purchase a dedicated card such as Hercules DJ Trim, Native Instruments Audio 4 DJ, etc.
For a setup guide, please see http://www.virtualdj.com/images/pdf/VirtualDJ6-SetupQuickGuide.pdf

Try visiting your local DJ/electronics store or search Google for the card of your choice to find on-line retailers, e.g: Hercules DJ Trim. Native Instruments Audio 4 DJ, etc.
