Hello,
I know that there is several users reporting about the problem that after playing several hours music videos, the other deck
stops loading videos fully while the other deck works well.
It's not show stopper but a big annoyance: when you cannot see waveform much forward, you cannot decide where to mix out. Also sometimes there is gain level problem - because the track is not fully loaded the sound level maybe too low or too loud. Sometimes it seems that it misses the beat line too, even if you have previously aligned the beats.
Last gig it happened after 3½ hours of playing, and I have no clue what to do. Fortunately there were very short break after 4 hours so I could restart the program. Then everything worked for last 2 hours. This is the only problem I have left with VDJ, then it would be perfect software for my needs!
But currently, Well, the bug exists, I must to live with it until it's fixed.
So what do you do when you get the waveform loading problem? Just keep playing?
Is there a way to release memory, unload deck or something that will fix the problem WITHOUT closing the program? ANYTHING? (unloading deck btw does not work).
The only workaround I got now is to play one song from cd / mp3 player.
I don't like it because sometimes I don't have any backup system and also I should beat mix all the time, I cannot do that properly without VDJ.
