i requested that they send me my permanent license, and they did send it very quickly , but it doesn't work ???
i saved the old one .....
so when the new one didn't work i re installed it (the old one) and everythings working fine , like always .....
i think the problem is yahoo ......(yahoo email )
yahoo very much objects to some attachments ( like license files ).... or perhaps the license is incorrect in some way ....
but even so i need the license re sent ..... they could sent it to my alternate , rarely used gmail addy .....
maybe Tayla can hep me .....

Raoul was starting to help me but doesn't reply to my email anymore and I only have a few days of my trial left. Almost 1 month without good support to get this going. I am out of town this weekend but I'll try to contact you on m onday
