Hey guys I meant (CBG's not accurate) my bad!
I thought it was me but I am realizing I am not loosing my mind. I will admit to my fellow DJ brothers on this forurm that I never quite had the hang of the beat mixing thing until I was introduced to VDJ almost 2 years ago. The graph has been a great tool for me to accomplish this and has made me proud. But since version 6 the beat graph won't match like it had in the past versions. Is there any way to get this feature back to the accurate markers other than doing it manually, because that is becoming a pain.
Maybe an option adjustment, turn something on/off, a tweak or setting - come one there has to be something...this was a great and accurate tool at one time.

Easily corrected with one poke on the bpm button while the track is playing on the downbeat.
I also created a keyboard shortcut for cbg+/- adjustment.
Not an easy thing to fix in the software.
Any track that has an irregular beat, or transitional beat, or storyline break in the video, or 5/4 beat will effect the cbg placement.
If the bpm is not accurate things get off also and look like drift.
Personally I don't see software being able to compensate for all of these factors, and we didn't even mention Hip Hop beats.
But, it really is an easy thing to fix live.
Normally I play all of my tracks before I go live and cue, cbg and check for content anyway.
That or mix by ear which inevitably is what I do now.

That would bring me to a question...
I never tried the one tic on the bpm on the down beat, I had been trying manually beating out 8 to 16 to get ,what I thought, was an accurate count.
I would agree with what you said, but It was much more accurate in previous versions. It shouldn't be a fix, but a regression back to the way the cbg used to be. In other words it seems to be a bug that needs working out.
Thanks for your feedback.

I would argue that its better or worse.
As described, the objective is not really managable 100% so we edit when we have to.
Its an easy thing to fix as I mentioned, even easier with a keyboard shortcut.
If it doesn't immediately line up, the bpm is off and that needs fixing first, then poke the bpm button to set the cbg.
