Hey everyone, I have a ION DJ Controller (iCue) and its having some problems. Upon plugging in, the computer recognizes its been connected. However when we open Numark Cue, its giving us an error message:

"The Controller Has Not Been Detected
Please plug in the controller and start Cue again."

The unit will light up in Virtual DJ on one side, but is not controllable. I am guessing there is a data corruption within the drivers. Does anyone have a solution to this, or know how we can fix it?? We have a party to DJ at in the coming weeks, and we need this to properly work.

We are running on Windows Vista and it ran fine before now, however its been taking a dump lately... wtf?

Any suggestions ladies and gents?? :D

First, please register your serial in your member profile below.
http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html

Then download the software that is in your download center and run it.
Follow the prompts exactly and run the install as the administrator, not under a user account name.

It has to be an installation problem of some kind.
