i need help finding a sound card that controls the vinyal of the virtual dj program..
ie. if i move the jogwheel on my cd player it will control the program.

I think you have your terminology mixed up. Your sound card will do nothing but send sound back and forth. If you're looking to control the software you will need a MIDI controller. There are many different flavors out there.
My first suggestion is to not spend your money on a controller just yet. Get the real version of VDJ (and register it). The trial versions will not get you the same support if you have problems.

Actually you can control the software with almost any ordinary DJ CD player (E.g: CDJ) or vinyl deck by using timecode CD's or vinyl records and a suitable 4-in/4-out ASIO sound card such as Hercules DJ Trim, Native Instruments Audio 4 DJ, etc.
However, if you want to control the software directly (No timecode) and be able to trigger effects, samples, etc. and other functions of the software then you would need a MIDI controller, e.g: Pioneer CDJ-400.
