hello to all dj's.
I have recently inhereted abit of money and am now thinking of buying a pair of cdjs and a mixer.
I mostly do parties but i need to learn how to use cdjs as i am starting to dj in clubs.
What is a good pair of CDJ's i should get they need to be able to last a fair while.
My options are the CDJ-800's CDJ-900's or CDJ-1000's.

The Clubs are using the CDJ 1000's with time codes. You could get the CDJ 800's Or if you want to have the latest CDJ 900 that can be used with Time code CD's or it can be hooked up by USB.

Go with CDJ-2000s or 900s. The club standard is quickly heading toward the 2000s. CDJ-800s & 1000s will be discontinued soon. I use CDJ-400s right now but am getting the 2000s soon...

agreed, very shortly, people will be demanding usb, and may start rolling their eyes when they're told they have to bring their whole cd library instead. not happening just yet, but in my opinion, it will soon.
