Could someone tell me where I can find free shoutcast hosting ? It seems all these hostings are commercial and expensive.

You can broadcast with VirtualDJ and tell your friends to connect onto your IP.

Yeah, I know but I got only 64kbps for upload. That's why I need shoutcast hosting. :-)

You can choose between 24 to 320 kbps in the broadcast config.
(Maybe this option is locked in the demo version).

I know that but if I choose eg. 32kbps for upload only 2 users can listen because of my 64kbps connection speed for upload. :-(

I have also tried to setup Shoutcast. But i failed to find a server hosting my broadcast. Would be nice if someone maybe could post how to use a shoutcast server. From reading their website it should be possible, even though ads are added to your mix.
