Looks like I will be DJing a party in Denver later this month and I am looking for a good place in town where I can get a nice juicy Bison steak!
Bison Tenderloin or Bone-In Ribeye is what I am after. I know of "The Fort" but that might be a bit out of my way. I had Buckhorn Exchange in 2007 but I did not enjoy it as much as The Fort so I am not keen on going back there.

I moved away from Denver in 2005, but "The Chart House" in Evergreen (just west of Denver on hwy 70) always had really good steaks...I'm a Fillet man myself so don't know about the rib-eye but usually if a place is good for one type of steak their chef is good for all! If you are looking for something right in town "The Montana Grill" on Larimer was always pretty tasty...if it is still there that is your place for Bison.
