As with all things business related. Have a plan, and a goal. Example: types of events. What do you want to do DJ-wise. Keep it short and sweet. Otherwise, business cards are for providing contact information.

Keep it simple on the front, Name, Contact info (the important stuff) with an eye catching logo (not a picture of you, no offence). Put more details on the back like what services you offer or gear that you use, etc.

Make sure to put your real name on it as well if it's not the same as your DJ name, so people know what to call you when they contact you. :)
I do many different types of gigs, so my card is simple and has minimal information other than contact info. That way I can give it to any client and it's presentable, be it for a wedding or a club gig.

some people include a business messenger account like ym, msn or whatever is predominantly used in your country (QQ for me in China). This has its pros and cons, so the choice is up to you on this one.

I went to 'google images' and typed in mobile dj business cards and got hundreds of different cards. You can pick and choose from them what works best for you.

I recently used Vistaprint. They have some good templates and the price is good. But, I've read bad things about their business practices, which I read AFTER I ordered. I think they have been resolved. Got my cards and they are good. I would recommend, but watch your account, just in case.

I have a friend in a printing business. I've got a very good deal with him. Just mention my name (Andrey Chayka) and he should give you a good deal too.
www.papaprint.com
His name is Enrico Pat.
I sent him PDF file and received back my business cards in about 5 days. And I think the shipping is free in USA.

I make my own cards from home. Here is what mine looks like. Its not fancy but gives the information people need and if they want alittle taste of what i play.. Go to this adress to listen. The customer can listen to my demos to have an idea of what i play and how i play it. Demos speak more than just me saying i am a dj.

caliente,
Too bad you gotta mispelled word on there, might wanna clean that up. Some of the small print looks difficult to read over some of the larger print too.

Ill fix the Corporate word. I have the cards in differnt colors. I think it's just the red back ground letters because the other ones are easier to read.

Why don't everyone post their business card. Here is mine:
Made in Microsoft Publisher (suggested by DJ RuDe).

I think everything has been covered. Don't get to fancy. Make sure everything is very clear and easy to read. Remember that not everybody has good eyes. If you must write over a picture, make sure the text stands out. Double sided cards are very popular. If you get the cards with the shiny coating, make sure you get the non-stick coating (I don't remember the technical name for it).
Also as you can tell from some of the examples...Proof read it then get someone that reads a lot to look it over. You may want to look up each word in the dictionary to make sure. People will hold typos against you (like they are hiring a spelling teacher).
