I am thinking about dumping PCDJ VJ for the VDJ basic edition. Will I be able change the skins with the VDJ basic edition? The product compare page suggest that it may be limited. Thanks in advance.

I don't think so, I believe you can only use the download area if your a pro user.

With VirtualDJ Basic, you have access to all skins and you can change skins.
However, Video effects, mappers and tools addons aren't available to VirtualDJ Basic users.
