I have a Macbook Pro, 15" and i'm currently using the basic VDJ that came with my herucles steel.
I want to get serious with like timecoded vinyl etc, although i'd require a different mixer like hercules RMX or a soundcard, and just wondered what peoples' experiences are like with it.
Thanks a lot,
Jake :)

VDJ6 is great on my 2008 MacBook Pro 5". I use two Numark iCDX, Deejay Trim 4x6, and a Numark mixer with it and most of the time it is flawless. CoreAudio is far better then the Windows audio system and I was glad I switched to the Mac from a Compaq laptop about two years ago. Since the new NetSearch with GrooveShark replaced the previous system, which supported Napster but didn't work on the Mac, I would say that it is better than the PC version now.

No crashing, but a few features from the Windows version are missing or don't work.

Just a few things that need implemented in the next release, but nothing major.
