There is a device called Pacemaker that is a sort of iPod portable mixer. Look it up.

Maybe a virtual dj app for an i pad or itouch?Want to be able to use and mix videos with a wireless controller back to laptop..

Ive used a Wii remote to control VDJ. Yes kinda weird but has its benifits. You can trigger effects, skip songs in the auto mix, pretty much you could map it to do whatever you wanted (within reason).
