Tópico: Only getting sound output on 1 channel of DJM400

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

hello everyone. looking for help with my virtual dj program on my macbook

Setup:
Virtual DJ Pro 6.1.2 Trial
2 Pioneer CDJ400s
1 Pioneer DJM400
1 Macbook A1278 2.4ghz

i plug both USB cables into the laptop and into the 400s. no inputs, external mixer and then choose the 2 cdjs as sound cards(same exact way we tried it on my friends older PC laptop and it worked fine before it crashed). Both decks show up as deck 1 and deck 2 on the screens and are recognized by program and i can load the music onto the decks as well. but the problem comes that sound will only either come out from both decks on the left channel or both on the right channel. i cant get the sound to split into the 2 channels like it should.

and i dont want to spend $300 on the program for my macbook if i cant get it run flawlessly like ive used it before.

do i need to enter a code into the mappers section or anything?

ok so i went to the apple store genius bar because my audio midi setup doesnt respond with anything when i click the "+" button, it wont let me create an aggregate device. (of course my girlfriends macbook pro has no problems doing so, but i need my computer to work it!). he says my sound card cant support it yet when i showed him the system requirements i have the sound card listed under minimum requirements so it should work. anyone have a solution for this?

starting to feel like i have 2 options:
-ditch the idea of using virtualdj pro and get traktor instead since the box it comes with will solve this issue
-ditch the macbook for a macbook pro or PC again.
