What can i do with the edit grid window for the most part?
How does that Anchor 1 and 2: Set Beat work?
And what is the Manual Beat tap function? Do I hit it every time a beat comes up, and it will calculate from my amount of times I click "manual beat tap"?
I have a few records that are a tad difficult with the analysis of a beat.

How long do I have to tap it for?
4 seconds? 8? 16? is it a better analysis the more I tap it?

16 Taps should give you an accurate BPM!

As for the anchors:
Set anchor 1 on one beat (Try to set it on PRIMARY beat)
Set anchor two on another beat and try the second anchor to be also on a PRIMARY beat too.
Count the distance (in beats) between the two anchors and tell VDJ the number. It will automatically calculate the right BPM.
PS: VDJ suggest a distance (in beats) based on the current BPM value it has calculated for the song. The suggested value is not always the right one! So, always count the distance in beats, and try to use medium distances 16-32-64 beats.

First I would go thru the manual about it.. Page 13 to 14

When you have a semi accurate BPM (usually by using the manual beat tap) You can use the anchors to then check and align the CBG with the actual beats. For songs that dont have a 'steady' bpm this is pretty important, as you would then 'set' your anchors at the point of the song you will be mixing in with..

the manual beat tap is a quick and easy way to get the BPM, but it only takes into account a small portion of your tapped beats.. I dont know the actual number, but i DO know that tapping it 32 times is not any more accurate then hitting it 8 times..
