Tópico: RMX and Treble ( Hight ) gain problem

Hi everyone,

I have just got myself a Hercules RMX and everything is working fine apart from the gain for the treble. If I turn the mid or bass, the sound and VDJ respond but when I try this with the treble ( high ) gain, nothing happens.

Any ideas please how I can fix this?

I had the same problem when I first got mine what I did was go to the mapper directory delete and replace the mapper with another of your choice from vdj downloads, disconnect the rmx from the usb restart your computer, once restarted reconnect your rmx and wait for the LEDS to stop flashing, open virtual dj and check each control, this worked for me, also try turning the knobs fully to the left and the right, to trigger the midi connection while watching the controls on virtual dj also its a good idea to register your controller on the site. good luck with that
