For some reason my database is having issues. I can set things up and be able to find a song tonight, but when I set it up and search next week that song will be gone. I have also had issue where tracks that have played fine one day the next they loose their BPMs and the waveform fails to stream up top.
I have ran the diagnostics and repair in the control panel but that does not seem to fix it. The only way I have been able to fix it is to go into the music drive and re-add and re-bpm to the database the music in the lost directory.
Ideas?

I had this happen to me once also. It had to do with my music being on an external HD. The computer gave it a different drive number and the "...database" file in the root of my external HD had a different drive letter. What I did was opened the .xml with workdpad and I replaced all of the G: to H: and restarted VDJ and all was back to normal. You can use the Edit > Replace and have this done in 2 secs. Hope this helps!!
