I just bought a Dell Inspiron 64bit laptop. I have a Denon HC4500 controller. When I link up Virtual with the controller it shows in the display the song like it should but only certain buttons work on the controller and the Link button flashes when I push a button. I checked the controller with my older laptop and it works fine. Anybody else have this type of problem? How did you fix the issue? Any help would be appreciated.

On your new laptop open the Mappers tab and select the HC-4500 from the drop down menu.
Then on the lower left of the window there's a button that looks like an envelop with a CD-ROM on top. Click on that button to revert the mapper back to it's factory settings.
If the problem persists then ask again...

Make sure that you have the latest firmware for the DN-HC4500 installed: http://www.denondj.com/DN-HC4500-P81.aspx
