Tópico: MK4 Not functioning with VDJ Pro 6

I purchased vdj pro 6 like 6 months ago and bought a hercules mk2 for it. Now times got tuff with the economy and was forced to sell my mk2. But now I have been blessed and have been able to purchase my new mk4. (Thanks to my wife) Now I installed the software that came with it and started messing around getting to know my equipment. I noticed that the software that comes with the mk4 is very limited so I closed it and opened up VDJ Pro but nothing works... it doesnt even recognize the mk4 at all... What could be the problem? Do I have to get rid of the software that came with the mk4 in order for it to work with the Pro? Any info will help! Thanks

It works perfectly with Pro, we support all Hercules products.

If you register your pro serial number in your member profile, then you can download the latest version from your download center that supports the mk4
 
I know it should... but my pro is not recognizing the mk4...
