Hi there
This sounds more of just an ASIO driver issue than anything else. Could you provide a little more info on how you have this setup? the Denon ASIO driver version? PC? Windows vista or 7?
Let me know and i'll try to help out
Cheers

Hi gtsweetbai4u
Are you using Denon controllers? On a PC or Mac and is it a laptop or desktop type PC?
My main problem with having 3 controllers on the same machine was a hard one to find. My computer was slightly overclocked and by doing that really messed up the USB ports. Once I set the clocks back to normal, everything work!
Let me know what you are using and I'll try and help best I can.

Win Vista is a terrible OS for MIDI controllers.
I’d suggest updating to Win7 when possible.
In the HS5500, you do need to change the “Jog Trans” setting found in the preset mode to 10ms or higher (up to 20ms) for best performance when using Vista.
If you had Win7, this same setting would go down to 3ms.
