My question is,
Is there a 4 chanel midi controler, where I could hook up 4 turntables or 4 cd trays and control all four decks at once?
Or a 4 in sound card to hook up to my external 4 chanel mixer so I could use 4 tables at the same time?

Yep,
The VMS4 has 4 MIDILOG channels, either MIDI/USB Audio or Analog for CDJs/TT's and now that VDJ7 is released you can keep the VMS4 in 8 out mode...
Each channel has a switch on the front of the unit allowing you to switch between analogue and MIDI at any time, so you effectively have 4 channels available to VDJ as well as being ale to support 4 analogue devices!!!
The VMS4 is also a full analogue mixer. This means you can use the TT's abd CDJ's on it without even having the PC/Mac connected...
It only has two jog wheels, but with the mappings now available in the hardware forum, you can map buttons on the controller interface to switch the jogs and other buttons to support 4 or more decks...
Other controllers, like the Hercules 4MX and the Denon MC-6000 will also support 4 decks via "hot swapping" the jog wheels and I am sure ore will come...

I actually only have 2 turntables and I can control all 4 decks use timecodes and a korg nanokontrol for effects and loops.
