Tópico: Denon S3700 will not connect to VDJ7

Ok i have tried to post this on the Denon section and no answer for a week.... Im a flight attendant and before a trip last week my denon turntables were working perfectly with VDJ7 then i lleft for a few days came back and they will not connect but they wil coneect with VDJ 6.1.2 i dont understand why they dont connect with my VDJ7 can i please get some help on this i have a holloween party comming up and would love to use my Denons with VDJ7 becaus ewhen it was working it was great.

VDJ 6.12 and Denon v2000 wont connect (you need the VDJ patch)
VDJ 7.0 and Denon v1330 wont connect (you need v2000 or v2010)


VDJ 6.12 and Denon v1330 will connect
VDJ 7.0 and Denon v2000 will connect
VDJ 7.0 and Denon v2010 will connect (coming this week)
 
i did have 2000 and now it does not connect
 
What im trying to say i have v2000 but it will not connect it does work with vdj6.1.2. it used to connect to vdj7 perfectly but it does not do it anymore can i call denon and would you guys help me?
 
I know this was posted before in the Denon part of the Hardware forum but make sure that the xml mapper is in the devices folder... you will need to download this. I know its for VirtualDJ 6.1.2 but I still have to run it under VIrtualDJ 7. You may already have it but maybe for some reason its not there now....

I have VDJ 7.0 on WinXP SP3. (s3700 v2000)
I tried it with and without the patch, it works in both cases.

I have VDJ 6.12 on WinXP SP3. (s3700 v2000)
I tried it with the patch and it works.

You should try to uninstall all of VDJ, plus your desktop shortcut (except your library file) and reinstall.

6.12 & 7.0 shares the same engine and Folders, maybe you have a conflict.
