i can drag the songs onto the deck but once i press play, nothing occurs.
if i try to replace the song, it tells me "a song is playing on this deck. are you sure you want to replace it?"
but i cant hear the song so what is the problem?

This means that your sound setup is incorrect.
Go to CONFIG -> Sound Setup and verify that your settings are correct. Then click Apply.
