I recently bought a hercules RMX and it asked me for the serial code for vdj 5 djc but when i enter it,says that it is not full version

The DJ Console Edition that comes with the RMX is a Limited Edition (LE) of the software - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
The serial number will only work with the DJ Console Edition on the install CD included with the console - A newer version of VIrtualDJ LE may be available - Assuming that the console is not second hand and has not already been registered, you can download this by registering the LE serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then going to the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
You can also upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional at a significant discount by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and entering your DJ Console Edition serial number in the box on this page (Providing that the upgrade discount has not already been used.)
