I just got a mixtrack pro and loaded the LE software. When I went to use the trial it sayd my 20 days are up. I had the hercules rmx i tried about a year ago so I am thinking that has something to do with it.. Also before i clicked on the trial I could see my whole itunes library but now just 135 songs. I am looking to upgrade but think the softwares are fighting eack other. have unistalled all VDJ but still get the ATPR request for keychain.

Any thoughts?

This is because you have already previously used the 20 day trial.

You can try Pro features for 10 minutes at a time in VirtualDJ Home FREE: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html

ATPR keychain is a feature of MacOS to remember passwords (Such as admin password to install software) - You will need to enter the password that you set when you setup this feature.
 
JP thanks for the info on the password. I tried my password that I use for my mac to no avail..
Do you think if I upgrade to pro now then I will have an option to set a password for future use. On LE it never asked for a password when I installed just serial number
 
It's a 'remember my password' feature that you have somehow enabled at some point. It allows you to store passwords for websites, applications, etc. You may have the same issue when installing Pro when MacOS asks you for your password for permission to install.

i went into keychain and now it does not ask me for the ATPR password and it loads up LE with the trial completed but it only lets me access about 100 songs out of my itunes library. Funny I installed on my pc no problem and can access full library. I guess if i upgrade and have an issue then tech support can walk me thru the issue?
 
Hello everyone. I have a prolem, i got a numark mixtrack pro and for everytime i use the crossfader the volume and pitch seems to work at the same time which is annoying. When i play the left deck it works normally but when i use the crossfader to the right deck the volume goes low plus the pitch speeds up. Is there a way i can overcome this? or is there a fault with the machine?
