just picked up a VMS4 for mobile wedding type gigs. i have it mapped for the most part how i want it but i am having a problem with mapping the touch sliders and the shift button doesn't stay lit when i hit it (not sure if it has that option to stay active) when i map the touch sliders it shows them up in the mapper config and i can select it for browser_scroll but then nothing happens within VDJ. what am i missing?

SHIFT button is not a toggle button and doesnt send any midi signal, so you cant light it on. You can still assign another button as ToggleShift to stay on.
I think that Touchsliders cannot be used as browser scroll since they are ending encoders. You can use them as songpos and fx parametrs as i have done in my mapper. You can find it in the download controlers section.

yeah i just got done going through the 28 page thread about the vms4 and seen about the sliders. unfortunate they can't be mapped the way i like. shift isn't a big issue either just wanted to keep it "active" so i didn't need to hold it or press it each time i wanna use it.
