Try this one:
1 Gal apple cider
1 Gal apple juice
6 cups sugar
Cinammon sticks (10)
2 apples (sliced & cored) leave skin on
1/5th Vodka
1/5th Grain alcohol
1 pt scotch
Mix in a large pot and cook until it just starts to steam.
When cool you can put into bottles and drop the cinammon sticks into the bottle.
Throw out the sliced apples.
Most people prefer like it cold. (the colder the better)
