Ill be straight up like i tell many djs and my friends. You need to re do it again. The timming is off on some of the songs. Work more on your timiing and song selection. The beggining is also too noisy. You have the DJ drop playing when the song has vocals. The Drops are too long.
Im not haiting on your mix but just being straight up. You have great potential.. just need more practice.

sorry but stopped listening after about two and a bit minutes, you got to stop using so many drops.
when you do, put them over the mix and not use them to link two tracks.
another way to use drops is when there is no one singing, lower the music a bit play your drop then bring your music back up.
Hope that helps.

there's already a thread for users personal mixes here http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/1968/Music_discussion/VirtualDJ_users_personal_mixes.html
and before you read further - if you do - please remember that we all started out the same way - not knowing jack sh*t about it. you're gonna get both constructive and destructive criticism on this. USE IT TO MAKE YOUR MIXING BETTER INSTEAD OF GETTING DISCOURAGED
but my question is: did you listen to that after you recorded it?
they're right about the drops. you need to work on placement and timing. and using effects in a mix should be thought out before hand - not used like confetti - cause it seriously felt like you just threw them in at random.
use your drops with the music volume down and only during the breaks/intros, but try not to use them during the actual mix unless you have to - you want the mix to be heard not hidden - too many dj's use over-loud drops, or talk over the mixing to hide how bad it actually is.
mix in or out with the breaks, bridge, or intro/outro - doing it in the middle of two vocals on each track sounds like a crashing trainwreck and hurts.
song selection - yes it needs work, but we all start out needing to work on that.
and read through this thread - it will help. http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/6288/Mix_lessons/DJ_MIXING___basic_-_advanced_-_pro.html?page=1
