i have newest version of vdj mac just got the iremote from apple shows up on my iphone but all it says is trying to locate vdj got gig new years eve

iRemote requires the latest VirtualDJ v7.0.2 to work - If you are running an older version, please upgrade to the latest version from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

Please also ensure that you have iTunes installed on your computer.

Make sure that both your computer and the iPhone are connected to the same wireless network.

Also, make sure that any firewall software installed on your computer is not blocking the iPhone from connecting to VirtualDJ.
