Iv been using Virtual DJ Home for a few months now and I am starting to get more serious and better at mixing. I need the full version of Virtual DJ to obviously access all the essential effects. I mean I can't even pan in my headphonesit allows me 10 mins which sucks. Anyway what's the best version to buy? and what's the best prices as they are pretty steap I want to know I am buying something good for my money. Also one more question sorry. How do you only get vocals from a song nd no bass at all. and the opposite.
Thanks guys looking forward to your replies.

buy vdj pro, its the best you can get for your money. although the price is a bit steap its worth it.
to take the bass out of a song, minimize the bass control and for lyrics you can minimise the mid range control.
minimizing the mid range doesnt necessarily mean you take away "only" the lyrics, you will probably take away the melody or part of the percussion too.

If you are a Pro member, there is an effect you can download called vocals+
It's not perfect but certainly adequate if you want to pull some vocals to use as a sample or filler.
