Tópico: Denon HC4500 L.E.D's

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

I noticed that certain l.e.d's on my hc4500 are not permanently lit as I would like them. I fooled around with the mapper a bit and yes "on" is usually the key to determine what lights up and when but perhaps I am placing my "on" at the incorrect point of the command.

I am appealing to the mapping experts such as boggis, Denon Dj or cstoll for direction. No it is not a matter of life and death, my system works fine. It would simply help me in the dark.

The l.e.d's in question are: The parameters/ent knob (which only lights when I'm scrolling the root menu but not through actual folders), the playlist/eject button (which I now have set to load) and finally the l.e.d that illuminates the bottom of my jog wheel.

Would adding "on" or anything else in the mapper's text commands permanently turn on these l.e.d's?

All you need to set is 'on' as you say. Clear all other commands. Make sure you do it for the LEDs, and not for the actual control though.

LED_TRACK_KNOB
LED_PLAYLIST
LED_JOGWHEEL (I think)

You can set them to change on or off depending if something is active, for example loop ? on : off. blink or blinkfast can also bu used to flash them.

Thank you both. Looks like a Christmas tree now. LED_Jogwheel does not seem to be the correct name for the one under the jog though. Does anyone know the exact name of this one or can it be added as {new} on the mapper?

Best Regards
Ian

Never mind. It was exactly that which you said...LED_JOGWHEEL. Just needed to add new key.
