Hello all,
I hope this question isn't too silly. So, I've been considering going for the pro upgrade, but first I'm wondering if what I have in mind is possible. I would like to remap my RMX for increased functionality with the 4-deck skins that are out. I've figured out how to go about mapping some buttons to switch back and forth between deck1/deck3 and deck2/deck4, and so on to my second goal: I would like remap the main volume fader to crossfade in the other direction. So, whereas the actual crossfader crossfades between deck1/deck3 and deck2/deck4, I'm wondering whether its then possible to set a crossfader beween deck1/deck2 and deck3/deck4. Essentially having the main crossfader as an x-axis and the main volume fader as a y-axis to integrate mixing all 4 decks at once.
Also, are there any good tutorials out there on learning the MIDI lingo so I don't have to bother you fine folks again in the future?
Much appreciation!

First of all, you will need the Pro Full version in order to map your RMX. http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html You also get a large discount by upgrading as an RMX VirtualdDJ LE user.
Crossfader behaves according to which deck is assigned as left and which deck is assigned as right. Actually there are some extra actions like leftcross, rightcross, leftcross 'only', rightcross 'only' etc which you can use to specify the left and the right side of a crossfader.
So mixing 4 decks instantly can be done if you specify 2 decks to be leftdecks and 2 other decks to be rightdecks. Ath the end you will need only 1 crossfader and several buttons to set the decks as lefts or rights.
On the other hand, if you had 4 volume faders instead of 2 you could mix easier with 4 decks. Mixing 4 decks with crossfader is hell !!!!
