I have the Hercules DJ Console 4-Mx and can't get the Cue to work. The headphone act like a output. When I press the left and right cue deck bottom, I can't hear each deck separately. Can you help me ?

Please ensure that your sound is setup correctly - go to CONFG -> Sound Setup and set as follows:
Inputs: Microphone
Outputs: Headphones
Sound card: Hercules
Click APPLY.
Check the position of the MIX knob in the top-right corner. This determines how much of the master output vs pre-listened deck(s) that you hear in the headphones.
The CUE (PFL) buttons toggle on/off, so make sure that you have not toggled both decks on at the same time.

I fixed problem......... I had to re-image my laptop. I guess it was a bad file corrupting Virtual DJ.
