Hello,
I have purchase the DJControlMP3 e2 and tried out the 20 days trial of pro.
my trial expired recently and it was a shame, i couldnt afford the 250 dollars for the pro, so i decided to purchase the VirtualDJ Broadcaster 7 instead. Now the problem im having is that i cannot use my control for more than 10 minutes, and i cannot use my sound card for more than 10 minutes. the reason why i upgraded was to continue to experience a better version of the LE version but it seems i downgraded and spent 50 dollars in the process..
my question is
do i have to configure anything in VirtualDJ Broadcaster 7 to realize that i have purchase DJControlMP3 e2 so i can use it for more than 10 minutes along with the sound card?
Or
If i cannot do anything about it, can i get my money back?
thank you,
a worried customer

Sorry, VirtualDJ Broadcaster does not support any external MIDI controllers. It is for mixing using your mouse and keyboard only.
This is clearly stated on the product purchase page http://www.virtualdj.com/products/broadcaster.html and the product comparison page http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
To use MIDI controllers such as the MP3e2, you will need to upgrade to VirtualDJ Professional at a discount: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
