hi, heres a few tips:

you can set the recording to split into multiple files in the options tab when you click record. However if you choose the split on crossfade option you cannot whixx the crossfader back and forth really quickly as this will produce a track that is very short and CD burners will only burn a track thats at least 2 seconds long or longer. If you like to use the crossfader in this way, record the mix as one long track and then you will need to split in in software like nero soundtrax or something similar.

so since my explanation is as clear as the copping off corner in the nightclub then:

click the record tab
set the options to split on multiple files (you will need to click on this manually in the record tab each time you want to split)
If your crossfader action is smooth, also tick the split on crossfade
if not record as one long track
edit in nero soundtrax or something similar, placing track markers where you want the splits to be on the CD
Burn to CD
