to all mac users this forum Can you tell me that mbp and vdj are working Perfect with no No issues ?
its just the high cpu when loading a song That worries me, 110%-120% on a new mbp 2.4ghz Does not sound good...

High CPU is normal when loading a track - it's to get the track loaded as quickly as possible.

that's somewhat normal...... mine isn't that high though.

what about the small lag when loading a song ?

40%-50% its o.k but 100%+ deos not look normal...

100% or near is normal on a single core or slow processor.
Slow loading is also normal on a slow processor and/or slow external hard disk (5400 rpm)
Also, you may get slow loading if you are loading videos and have chosen Quality resampling for 48Hz Conversion.

Why not?
The VDJ engine will regulate the loading speed so that the loading of a track doesn't impact audio and video output. Outside of that I want the track loaded as quickly as possible, so I'm happy for it to use a large amount of CPU power to get the job done as quickly as possible.
I'm unsure what you mean by 100%+ though - how do you use more than 100% of your CPU power? Unless you mean 100% of one core and a small percent of another - in which case you still have massive processing power available.

my mbp is core 2 duo 2.4ghz the last model not single core...
sbdj on a mbp you can see on the process monitor more then 100% its gets even to 120% when loading a song
and what about the small lag when you load a song ? its dosn't seems normal on a strong laptop like MBP
