VDJ works fine, however, I can't install any plug-ins like video transitions. Everytime I try, it says "No Software Found".
I have an idea of where the problem is. I bought a laptop "off the floor" of HHGregg...at it had the username of "ST0212"...so I took the laptop home and installed VDJ 7.xx with much excitement to make sure it worked for the videos. After a day, I decided to change the username to "DJ Johnny A", then I switched back to "ST0212" cause I was afraid it might affect software installs.
Any ideas?

reinstalling the software on the current login should solve the issue

The issue is still there after a reinstall. I was able to install one video transition plug in, then the next install said "software not found". Any ideas what it could be?
