So, I installed VDJ 7.0.3 and now I'm experiencing some technical difficulties.
I'm using the American Audio Radius 3000 in MIDI mode, and I'm also using the NI Audio 2Dj as my sound card. The problem comes in when I load up a track on deck one and it shows up on Virtual Dj as channel 2, and deck two shows up as channel 1. I thought it was just the USB cables plugged in incorrectly, so I swapped the ports, and still the same problem.
I stopped everything, restarted my lap top, and proceeded to load a song via deck one, and to my surprise, it loads up on channel two, and the funniest thing is when I load a new song via deck two, it also loads it up on channel two, swapped cables again and now deck one not responding. turned everything off again, restart all over again and OH SURPRISE!!!! now deck two is not responding at all.
Any ideas, or suggestions as to how to solve this MINOR ANNOYING issue?

I would suggest posting this in the tech support area. You may get more help there.

With all Tabletop CD players that are MIDI or HID capable - if you just hit the EJECT button of 1 unit - that will swap the control of the units.
So if CD/MIDI/HID Player 1 is controlling Deck 2 - then press EJECT on one of the players.

You can also go to CONFIG -> Mappers and click on the button to the right of the drop-down list.
There is an option there that will allow you to assign each controller to a specific deck.
Make sure that you are using the latest VirtualDJ v7.0.3: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

Can you tell us what you did? On the Dutch forum we've got similar probs and we can't figure out what's causing it.
Thanks.
Thanks.
