Since yesterday, I get this message when starting VDJ:
"The program can't start because d3dx9_33.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
After reading another thread, I see that Directx 9c is not up to date. However, I have a brand new computer with Direct x 11 installed.
So why am I getting this error?

Direct X 9, 10 and 11 are all different versions - Virtual DJ needs 9.0c which you can download here:

Ok, won't install, says I already have a newer version (11). So now what? I can't figure out how to uninstall 11 and I'm having issues with directX.

I didn't have that problem... I installed 9 without having to uninstall anything. I think Directx recognizes that multiple versions may be necessary.
