I realize that auto headphone feature is not automatically supported in the INT MIX mode using the Denon, but is there a way to include this feature using the mapper?

In INT MIX mode VDJ feeds the two USB line inputs of the hardware mixer. It doesn't have any access on the MASTER/HEADPHONES channels.

As above, in INT MIX mode you must choose the channel(s) that you wish to pre-listen via the appropriate CUE buttons. VirtualDJ has no control over this when the MC6000 is in hardware mixer mode.
If you want automatic headphones, then you will need to use the MC6000 in PC MIX software mixer mode.
